Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • Using parchment paper, line an 8-inch (20-cm) square baking dish.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted.
  • Stir in the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until thoroughly combined.
  • Whisk the eggs in the bowl until smooth.
  • Pour in the flour and stir until just combined.
  • Incorporate the sprinkles.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out moist with a few crumbs attached.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  • Lift the edges of the parchment paper to remove the brownies from the baking dish.
  • Serve the brownies cut into squares.
