Cashew Brownies with Marshmallow Whipped Cream Recipe

These decadent cashew brownies are ideal for any occasion. The addition of marshmallow whipped cream elevates them to new heights.

  • Cook Time: 25 minutes
  • Total Time: 40 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • (175 degrees C).
  • Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
  • Combine the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Remove from the heat and set aside for a few minutes to cool.
  • One at a time, beat in the eggs.
  • Combine the flour and cashews in a mixing bowl.
  • Evenly distribute the batter in the prepared baking dish.
  • 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  • While the brownies are baking, make the whipped cream by whisking together the heavy cream and sugar in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Continue to beat until stiff peaks form after adding the confectioners' sugar and marshmallow creme.
  • Remove the brownies from the oven and set aside for a few minutes to cool.
  • Warm brownies should be served with a dollop of marshmallow whipped cream on top.
