  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  • Remove from the heat and add the sugar.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to form stiff peaks.
  • Spread whipped cream on top of the cooled brownies.

  • Serve cut into squares.
