  • Grease an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.

  • One at a time, whisk in the eggs.
  • Whisk in the flour, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth.
  • Fill the prepared pan halfway with the batter.

  • Allow to cool completely on a wire rack in the pan.
