These moist, chocolatey brownies are topped with a sweet chocolate syrup and fresh strawberries.

  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • Total Time: 45 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Coat a 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  • Combine the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • To combine, stir everything together.
  • To the mixture, add the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Stir the batter until it is smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and even it out.
  • 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  • Remove the brownies from the oven and cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
  • Drizzle the brownies with the chocolate syrup and top with the sliced strawberries.
  • Cut and serve.
