Cranberry Brownies Recipe
For a festive twist on a classic chocolate treat, these fudgy brownies are studded with tart cranberries.
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- Two large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Cook Time: 25 minutes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Using parchment paper, line an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove from the heat and add the sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
- One at a time, add the eggs, stirring well after each addition.
- Stir in the flour until well combined.
- Incorporate the dried cranberries.
- Fill the prepared pan halfway with the batter.
- Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and set aside to cool completely before cutting into squares.
