Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Pulse the dates in a food processor until they form a paste.
  • Combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Pulse until everything is combined.
  • Mix in the eggs and melted coconut oil.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Mix in the chocolate chips.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula after pouring the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
