Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Stir in the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Incorporate the chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean, in the prepared baking pan.
  • Allow the brownies to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before removing them to a wire rack to cool completely.
